Malakai talks about conditions in the north and the changes brought about by the CCF (Co-operative Commonwealth Federation) government to help Aboriginal people, as well as the efforts of Jim Brady, Malcolm Norris and Pete Tomkins to improve the lives of Aboriginal people.
